It’s March and Spring is on our doorstep!

As the weather becomes more mild and the days lengthen, its a great idea to get outside and move. You’ll notice a SPRING in your step!

A fun breathing exercise is to time your breath to your steps while walking. Start with a four step inhale, four step exhale. Once that feels fairly easy, add a step to each breath: Five step inhale, five step exhale. Keep adding a step and see how deeply you can breathe! Can you make it into the teens? This same technique could also work while biking, running, cross-country skiing, and more!

Upcoming Form Check-in Pilates Mat Class Schedule: 3/12, 3/13, 3/21, 3/23.

-During Form Check-in Classes the instructor watches the students and gives individual corrections to each person in class. If you are taking class over Zoom, please arrange your camera so that the instructor is able to view your entire mat in the frame.

-Community Pilates Chair classes are offered FREE over Zoom. My goal for this class is a true community class where all people feel welcome. Wednesdays at 10AM EST ongoing.
